1. During a live session: Click on Settings on the left lower black bar.

2. Click on the small arrow on the right of the chosen Microphone and ensure that the correct device is chosen.

3. Change your site’s microphone permissions

- Click Privacy and security

- Select the option you want as your default setting.

In rare cases, Gloww may not be able to access the computer’s microphone although permission was granted by the user. This issue typically arises after upgrade of the operating system or the browser. To resolve this problem please follow these instructions:
4. Change your computer microphone permissions
- If you are using a Windows Computer or Mac/OSX Computer – Open System Settings and click on Security and Privacy
- Click on Microphone.
- Check the checkbox of the browser you are using.
