1. What is a Seat?

A seat refers to a team member license included in Gloww’s paid plans that allows the team member to host meetings larger than 5 participants as well as access to premium templates and features.

2. Understand Seat Benefits

Our Pro and Business plans allows the account owner to create a team, add team members, purchase multiple host seats and assign them to his team members. The main benefits of seats are:

• Hosting sessions with more than 5 participants.
• Co-editing sessions
• Access to Premium templates
• Access to Premium features

3. Assign Seats to Team Members

As the account owner, you can assign seats team members in your Gloww team using these easy steps:

• Goto https://app.gloww.com. Click Settings > ‘Team Members’ on the left bar.
• Follow the article to invite members to your team account.
• The number of ‘Seats’ to assign is stated on the top of team account page.

• To assign a seat change the team member’s role from ‘viewer’ to ‘host’

4. Purchase Additional Seats

If you need more than the included seats, you can purchase extra seats.

• Click on ‘Purchase More Pro Seats’.
• Choose the number of additional seats you need and complete the purchase.
