The Spring template includes a variety of activities such as Spring Sketches, trivia questions, and guessing games. Review the template and decide if you want to use it as-is or make any adjustments to better suit your event.

Click on ‘Schedule’ on the top bar. Then click on ‘New Invitation,’ name your meeting, and click ‘Create.’ Copy the invitation link and send it to your participants or add it to your calendar meeting. To start the session, simply click on the link, and your participants will do the same.

During the live event, navigate between scenes on your storyboard to present each activity. For example, start with Spring Sketches, where participants draw and share their creations. Then move on to trivia questions and guessing games related to spring themes and global festivals.
